eww overpriced heavy cancer
Sale:
http://backpack.tf/item/1244029287 sold for http://backpack.tf/item/3718890699
Mini:
Aces High Dappers is outdated. Found a sale for a Peace Sign Dappers http://backpack.tf/item/270027296
Peace Sign is updated, 20*.9 = 18
Taking 18 keys as final price.
Please use backpack histories next time instead of using near IDs and assuming it was sold for that because the ID is near or something. I can tell it is wrong right away by looking at his backpack: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198066318973?time=1438304827
Another sale here:

Wrong suggestion?
Use full sentence, I don't get what you're talking about. I commented on the right suggestion.
TL;DR
The sale you've provided is wrong
Don't use near ID to assume a sale
Another sale
P.S. I think the Aces Tricorne then sold for 11 Keys.
If you look at the itemids of the two links you provided, they aren't even close. Probably not in the same trade. They are probably friends who trade hats back and forth a lot.
