Ummm welp. I would like to point out that I could not find any sellers for 15.88 ref. This should be one very big point.

If you want to see how many sellers for 16ref or above there are, go see urself, no buyers of 15.88 ref

Criticism is good, Compliment is nice, Counter/"helping" proof is appreciated. :) However if u just say that u bought for less than 16 ref, I dont believe unless there is pics or other types of proofs

Have a nice day! :D

you need more proof to price a currency

    Need more proof than that

you need way more than this to price keys

As other said, 2 buyers aren't sufficient for a currency change. You need more proof :)

          Thanks for your comment :)

While I agree that there needs to be more proof, the suggestion itself has the right idea.

          http://backpack.tf/classifieds?item=Mann+Co.+Supply+Crate+Key&quality=6&tradable=1&craftable=1

Classifieds seem to fully support 16 ref.

            Thanks for the comment :)

You're looking at key bankers for your buying.... Most key bankers are going to sell higher than the actual value. Something that is either buy low-sell high, or very similar to buy low-sell high...

I believe this is what people call inflammation, if you raise the price to what the people have at buy low-sell high, then the price becomes that new price. However, then these people will change their prices again, so they are still buying low and selling high. Then the whole process loops with new price changes and the price keeps on going up...

But key bankers buying keys for 16 ref also proves that they are willing to buy it for 16 ref as they know they can sell the keys for higher.

Btw I tried to understand ur 2nd paragraph but it was I couldnt really get the point but thx for the comment :)

I'll try explaining it in another way then (the second paragraph).

Key bankers are well people who buy keys for x price, then sell keys for a price higher than x price. Usually it is buying low and selling high. You get this point right?

What I am trying to say is if you raise the price of an key to the prices that key bankers buy and sell them at, then the key banker's price becomes the new price. Bringing this into an example...

If a key is worth 15 refined, and a key banker buy thems at 14.77 refined, and sells them at 15.33 refined. Then a vote to raise the price using this key banker's price comes up and the key raises to 15.33 refined. Why would the key banker keep his old prices? It is likely that he will raise his prices to buy keys at 15 refined, and sell keys at 15.66 refined.

From there, what will probably happen? Okay someone makes an argument to raise the price of keys again, to the price that this key banker has, then the prices of keys rises yet again. However, why would the key banker keep his old prices? He will probably just changes his prices, so he will buy keys at 15.33 refined and sell keys at 16 refined.

Do you get the examples? I believe that is what people call inflammation. The price keeps on rising through a loop of people raising the price of an item following the traders who buy that item at a low cost, and sell that item at a high cost. Then the traders raise their prices, so they are still buying low and selling high.

Oh... Ok I'm sorry, this was my first key suggestion, didn't know that :(

Thanks for your advice, I'll try to find more sellers for 16 ref instead of ones that are higher, atm, I have some classifieds at my new post that sells for 16 ref, go check that out instead :D

I mean the waiting period hasn't even ended! lol http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/2620-rules-for-key-suggestions/

While I do not think this comment is very productive..... but...... nice sense of humor! :)

                  Eh.. that wasn't a joke ._.

                    Oh... I'm weird Q.Q

you'd better check previously accepted keys suggestion, like the one i did and won. much more proof, really a lot more.

btw i agree about 16 ref, which is already quite a quicksell

Thanks for your comment, I checked your key suggestion that you "won", and you really did a great job and I'm really surprised! However, I do not have so much time to do that as my examinations are coming, maybe you could help me a little? Pretty please? :D

More proof apparently, here they are!
