Stormy 13th hour being the BEST EFFECT IN THE GAME is simply an opinion. I personally think Phosphorus is the best effect in the game, but that's my opinion.

Sale number 3 is missing 10 keys pure that was included in the trade and at the time glasgow was valued by bomber seller at previous price of 150, also c9 glasgow is 22 keys, so again you suggestion not valid

1) You see, this system works fine with usual stuff (when there are lots of people who want to sell some particular hat - its price automatically goes down). But in this case, when there are only 3 person, selling this hat, my logic works just fine.

Think about it. Your suggestion succeed, price fallen, but nobody can buy this hat for your price, because 3 current owners are still selling it for 300 keys. NOBODY, Carl!

Not a surprise it's dropping. Lots on the market and lots of recent sales. Hats like these have value due to the rarity of the effect. When they are getting traded all around the block, value is going to go down.
