REASON FOR 8 REF AS NEW PRICE: Hey guys, you might have seen this suggestion a little earlier, but now it has been pointed out to me that the old range was not really correct or plausible (7.33-8.66). I have now simplified it to 8 ref. This is because the ranges I have set up earlier were between just a single sale on each end, and the range was just made up of outliers. Now, it is 8 ref. This is also because 8 ref is the most common price that sellers used, with there being multiple in classifieds at this price and most of the outpost listings at this price. Also, 8 ref is the median (middle) price and is basically the average of the spectrum that was in the classifieds and outpost. 8 ref is the best price for this, as people have been selling a little above and a little below, but most groups of listings average out around 8 ref. 8 ref is a common, median, and respectable price for this sale, and my proof backs up this price the best.
