Range: 29-81 keys. If this gets accepted, it’ll be my first in like… over 9000 tries.
Sale 1
Sold very recently for an Australium scattergun (32, recently updated on bp.tf, no need for mini)
Before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198089815020?time=1438585200
After: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198089815020?time=1438671600
Therefore, overpay 32 * 0.9 ~~ 29 keys
Sale 2
Sold for a Morning Glory Tartan Spartan (outdated at 101, taking 90)
Before: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198135388233?time=1438066800
After: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198135388233?time=1438153200
Mini on the tartan:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26630922 B/O lower than current price, at 90 keys, so taking 90 keys.
Sale seems like outlier, but is very, very, verrry recent.
So, overpay: 90*0.9= 81 keys.
Well, I for one, can say that the price range is FRICKIN HUGE, but lets just give it a try. All these sales were legit, so why not.
Thanks, if you have any constructive feedback, please tell me.
One of these is an outlier.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26684239 - only looking for 50 so I'd be inclined to call 81 an outlier but eeehhh I'd let the trade age a little more
Bro that's the guy who asked me to price suggest the hat. XD The reason for him setting 50 keys as his B/O is because if this gets accepted, mid range would be 55 keys. So yeah

It can't happen, man. bp.tf is a guideline for valuing items, having a really wide range really doesn't say much.
So I think we should see what offers he gets? Then we can determine which is the outlier?
Btw, is it legitimate to find the average of two sales and suggest the price as an flat price and not a range?
Too wide range, 81 is definitely the outlier, I mean it's higher than AF
Too wide indeed
May I ask what is AF?
Generally that means "As fuck".
In this subject he means anti-freeze
@ Juju Well, its "lower than Power Surge" which is more similar to Electrostatic than Anti-freeze. Plus, you can't just determine which is the outlier based on just some other random outdated unusual.
Mate, I haven't determined sh*t here.
Was replying to Juju, sorry.
Still, either end is the outlier.
Applying overpay on Australiums isn't necessary. It's close to being pure.
50\50, some people apply it, some don't. Impossible to argue
"It's close to being pure"
I just feel like this going below 30 is a bit low, but regardless of that, 29 is close to 30, so I guess it's alright if applying overpay on aussies as well here then.
range is way too large

see if you can trace a sale for mini
The two sales are discrepant. You'll need a third sale to identify the outlier.
