However, only the duped one has been traded around, and the last suggestion on it was using the duped one it looks like, so this is fine.

I remember this being offered on the scorching break by liddo. Does that affect the price in any way?

The veil will need a proper mini before this can be updated. You are essentially pricing this off a b/o (for the eerie veil), which just isn't going to be enough. If there aren't usable sales for that, then you'll need to wait for either this hat to sell again or the veil to sell again.
