Highest Buyer is at 7.44 keys
Lowest seller is at 8 keys, except for a guy selling at 7.81 keys
Since there is a seller at 7.81 keys, I will round to 7.8 and use this number as my low end
Any additional proof/counter-proof or constructive critisism is welcome.

That 7.8 keys seller is very young (4 hours according to BES script), so keep an eye on him. If that one remains unsold for at least 24 hours, then this suggestion should be fine.
Yeah, I saw that it's a pretty new seller, but what does unsold for 24 hours have to do with it?
Usually sellers that have been up for over 24 hours without selling are considered valid. It also depends on the value of the item, but i think it still applies to this one.
If it sells in less than a day, then it's considered a quicksale and can't be used as proof for a low-end. In this case, if that seller quicksells, you should resuggest to 8 keys.
If it sells in less than 24 hours it's a quicksale. Which makes THIS suggestion invalid. Keep an eye on it.
May want to hold off on this. Just sold my PDA last night for 7 keys after having it up for 3 weeks.

Well last time I suggested it at 7.3 keys, but two people told me they sold at 8.
