    really? I thought a quicksale was only when you specifically state you are quickselling, or specifically sell to a quickbuyer. Cuz I wasn't meaning to quicksell, 17 keys was my buyout.

      If you stated you were "quickselling" in your trade for a month are you really quickselling? The only real measure of a quicksell is if it actually sells quickly which would seem to be the case here.
