This is the only trackable sale I've found. The clean one hasn't sold for years, literally.

Sale:

Sold for a DaD Ol' Snaggletooth

You can't lower the price based on a duped sale.

If clean didn't move in months, why not? I recall suggestions based off duped sales since there's no clean ones. Example... ehh.. demonflame larrikin?

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25345140 He hasn't got any offers on the Hotrod. He's overpricing it, if he still believes if it's worth "22 buds"

zolex asked for a b/o on the clean one, i'm sure this will lead to a price update. but not this way :)

that comment is 3 months old, when buds were 5 keys

          5 * 22 = 110 key B/O

ill let you know if i get a different B/O, added him aswell

            Yeah, that's way too unrealistic.

Because EOF = 600% of O.Fire. That makes sense, ok ok ok (not ok).

200% is definitely logical. 250 is too. 300... ehhh, depends. But yes, there's no way this can be worth even 50 keys.

wish there was an agreed to % for duped. you know, like an overpay calculation or quicksale calc. Then a person could just say "oh, it's a duped over 30 keys so it's worth... " 'x' number % or like 60% or whatever. Since flaming lantern on these is around 35-45 keys I'm sure this is where the effect SHOULD be, it's just a matter of proving it lol

          How outdated is... HOLY FUCK.

It's just not fair to the clean owners of a hat to price off the dupe. Shouldn't punish them for wanting to keep a hat. If it was a single clean hat with the original unboxer for a year+, I might understand. But there are more cleans than dupes here.
