You need proof, not opinions. For instance, I love my Aces High Attendant. The effect it has is really cool because Aces High is the only team-colored Unusual effect in existence, but should it get a price raise? No? Plus, miami nights is actually pretty bad on some hats, like the Stately Steel Toe or the Dread Knot. And the Boron Beanie in general is an ugly Unusual to have.

Right. Just because the hat effect looks nice, Does not mean that you can do a price raise. You would need sellers and buyers of that price on bazaar.tf or tf2outpost.com. EDIT: Oh and what a suprise, he has that hat and painted it an ugly green colour that does not match that hat at all and can't sell it so he wants a price raise.
