You'll need a sale at 22 keys or at a higher price to support a raise in price.

There have been plenty of lower sales in the past; you should use them instead of the sellers

You always need sales when raising a price and always for unusual suggestions. Easy.

You need solds, not sellers. Sellers are used to lower a price.
