I'm going assume that both are SCM / paypal sales - Indigo's backpack has a few of the skins that were new at the time (incl. a strange one) and the owner before that had some trades up for non-tradable CS:GO stuff shortly after selling their unusuals.

They were both off the market at the time of selling, also. This should be fine.
