About two weeks ago bought this hat for my buddy, it was 1 of 1 on the market for nearly 4 months. It will not be up for sale anytime soon, my friend bought it for keeping and probably wont cash out before 2017 if ever.

Previous owner acquired it 3rd of april 2015 (http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198031007256?time=1428044400), he wanted to sell it for 30 and even blocked my friend in the process of negotiating for "lowballing", hence I had to make the final offer of 26 keys.

This is based off another copy of the hat which recently made it on scm. It's on the market for 60.52€ which is ~66$.

66$ / 1.15 = 57$ (what seller would recieve)

57$ / 2.50$ (key price) = 23 keys
