That's a LOT of sellers at 2 for one sale at 2.66 to drag up...

Also there's three sellers at 2 in classifieds, and nobody even trying to sell as high as 2.66.

Based on this, I'd argue 2 flat was still a good range for this, and that it doesn't need changing.

You're countering yourself with the vast amount of evidence at 2 refined. If you want this to pass, you'll need more than one sale at 2.66.

Kind of. He's clearly not a buyer that's reselling for profit, so him buying for market price is reasonable, and more support that 2 refined flat is a good price.
