The current price is 7.22-7.33 which roughly equals 7.27.

7.27 to 7 is a drop smaller than 1 reclaimed

I'm not exactly sure how this new rule works, but this exact same thing happened to me on a couple of my suggestions. We'll have to wait and see if a moderator does anything
