Not much evidence but with the few evidence I found it supports a price change fairly well
Need sales, plus the items offered are outdated and the thirst blood for example is probably 28 keys now

You need sales to raise a price, offers dont cut it.
Buyers don't do shit to raise prices mate. I can get 10 ppl to sell a similar unusual for an overpriced amount and it won't raise the price till it gets sold..
buyers are great for raising prices...
