this is the only valid sale I could find within 3 months. most sales with this https://backpack.tf/item/3730570014 are most likely done through the steam community market. I couldn't use the most recent sale on this because it was some 3 way trade or something between the following people that was way too confusing to put together and interpret. I would really appreciate it if someone could look deeply into that and explain it to me

The max's history doesn't quite add up, but since it was offered in the outpost trade, we can assume it was part of the sale.

I'm also not applying overpay on the max because it does sell regularly for pure and due to its spike in value, it was probably at 33 flat at the time.

Halloween spells have never really affected how higher value items sell. They generally just sell for market price.

Paint isn't taken into consideration when calculating the sale value (for the higher value items) too.

21.5, after overpay it's 19. There are sales at 19, 29, 35. You can probably call 19 a low outlier and do 29-35.
