Did you apply overpay on the Cold Killer?

Seller was asking for 85 keys, so 3 keys overpay.

You have to apply overpay on unusuals. So 72.5 * 0.9 + 15. I think it's like 80.

is it obligatory, or the seller decides that in his trade?

You offered him so you do have to use overpay. His B/O was 85 so it shouldn't be more than 85 anyways.
