never used buyers as proof ever, so if I'm doing something wrong, let me know
buyers on classifieds @11.33
https://gyazo.com/fb7066253f143e8813cac91a76f8d940
and there are no valid sellers at lower prices
There's also 4 buyers at 11!

It's important to note those too :P
as stated before, I have no idea how to use buyers :3
While the buyers show that 11 ref shouldn't be in the range, would this suggestion be an exception to the 5% rule?
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/41364-a-change-of-at-least-5-is-required-for-non-unusual-suggestions/
I keep forgetting to consider that rule, when I'm usually the one telling people about the rule
and a lot of these suggestions still get accepted even with the rule applied. there was one which I can't find right now that in the comments even said this was against the 5% rule, but still passed

so unless the mods decide to go b-b-b-bias mode, I'm pretty sure this is fine
Yeah, the rule seems pretty lenient. I guess the rule is mostly intended to stop those 1 scrap changes with most other changes being fine. Upvote then :)
