21+17+15=53 And the kit is selling for around 10~ on Outpost, Unfortunately I can not make a mini on the hats because he got scammed out of the western and bonk, He still has the mullet at the moment though.
If we use steam market prices on the kit it's around 13~ keys, as the price is 29.50~
He sold the kit for 10 keys in scm after tax. 53+10=63 keys.

The full screenshots for the second sale would be nice. Also, whether overpay is applied depends on who offered to who, not what the seller/buyer says. You still need mini's on outdated hats as well, there are other hats that weren't scammed.
Issue is the only hat that wasn't scammed was his slightly homosexual hat, or the mullet w/c.hearts, and im not sure he's selling it.
So? Try to find other sales. Those weren't the only kind of that hat in existence.
