          i think the rule is about like 13.66 to 13.55 or something like that that is useless

          i dont think this change is useless at all, if almost whole market is at 5 ref, i dont think 5.11 should be in range

            from what I've seen, a lot of the suggestions that got accepted broke the 5% rule. I'll gladly provide examples if necessary
