Technically, this sale is still valid since this is a somewhat rare hat: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198125381319?time=1432537200 (May 25th vs 26th) Sold for a Orbiting Fire Backwards Ballcap (20.5) + 1 key= ~19 keys with overpay. The Ballcap was up-to-date at the time of the sale, so no mini should be needed.
That being said, not sure if it's worth to include it in a range since it's about to get outdated.
Seems a bit of an outlier. Not 100% sure.
