Why resuggest since you've changed absolutely nothing? I'll just repeat what I told you before http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55cbca29dea9e9fa528b4582
You do this a lot so before I go into everything else I'll mention it here; prices can't be based off of offers, not even for a mini.
1) Randy does good work
2) B/O was 150, sale is capped by that... also in the future hide your steam id when taking screenshots like that
3) Good job for fixing this one at least
3) a) Sale seems way too high to me and a little old but I can't really refute it with anything newer
3) b) Sold slongside DBD Norman (~23) for a KaW Tough Stuff Muffs (~54) = ~31 for Modest = 28 in PE modest sale so good enough
3) c) Eh, 17 key B/O is good enough
4) Include the sale in the resuggestion but since no mini can be done for the Sole Mate (only thing I can find is a mess... and you're using that outdated mess for your mini) it can only be used as supporting proof.
5) Offers mean nothing
So overall, resuggest at 150-170, this is too high as it is. There are two sales to support both the high and low end so it should be good then.
Just because 1 seller mentioned his "Pure B/O" as "150 keys" (He also clearly setted a "Non Pure B/O" at "200 keys", which I paid for it!)
It doesn't mean that all other seller's B/O's are 150 as well.
"tikupra" offered 150 keys in pure,on 25th July, however THE SELLER DIDNT ACCEPTED!: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26565808
Examples of others PE Modest seller's B/Os:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25680902 (has a B/O of 180 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26501925 (has a B/O of 250 keys)
You can see it clearly that he also has an "Unusual B/O", setted clearly as "200".. I paid his NON PURE B/O.
Sorry Snowraptor, I appreciate your critics... But I will proceed with my suggestion... I can't see nothing wrong on this one, since I paid his Non-pure B/O.
As with offers, we don't care about "non pure B/Os" here as our prices are meant to be a representation of the pure value of an item. I suggest you take a read through this if you haven't already.

The second sale had a B/O of 150 keys, you must cap it at that.
He wrote very clearly "150 Keys || 200 in 1st Gen Unusual", ok?
I did not bought the modest with his Pure B/O.
I paid 200 keys in 1st Gen Unusuals!! Just like he asked. It cannot be interpreted as 150 keys!
This sale happened, and I dont see any reasons for not being considered a valid sale.
plus,
"tikupra" offered 150 keys in pure,on 25th July, however THE SELLER DIDNT ACCEPTED!: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26565808
Examples of others PE Modest seller's B/Os:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26869616 (has a B/O of 250 keys)
that doesnt matter if he was willing to take 150 pure, then you must cap it at 150.
http://s27.postimg.org/hsccspg8j/bptf2_rule.png
All you need is good sense, in this particular case, due to all the sales/a seller denied 150 keys in pure (see above). My sale is valid.
Major Changes:
"(1) We no longer allow suggestions based only on b/os. There must be at least 1 sale in every suggestion. Just like we don't like to use offers as the only proof to raise the value on an item, we don't like using b/os alone to drop the value..." [...]
"- Exceptions to this rule:
B/os can be used as the only proof in a suggestion ONLY if there are literally no usable sales in the last 2 months."
"These will be evaluated on a case by case basis.".

Thats for suggestions that lower hats off of a b/o not capping a sale.
You should read the entire guide.
"Part 2. The essence of overpay. Overpay in its purest form
No sale should be valued higher than a hat’s buyout in pure. If a person in the comments of a trade states a willingness to sell for "x" pure, the trade should not be valued above "x."
Not in this particular case. The seller had a 2nd B/O, set up in 200 keys in 1st gen unusuals.
You have to take in consideration the importance of a rejected 150 keys pure offer that another seller refused. (see it above)
*Another seller REJECTED 130 keys pure + ~100 keys in unusuals/items![/b]:
130 keys pure + 1 of 1 PE Steel Shako (valued at 47.7 after overpay, as proof below) + Searing Plasma Fur Lined Fighter (16-18) + FN Spec. KS Shell Shocker Rocket Launcher (Mean Green) (1 sold at 11 August, for $188 at SCM)
You can check the offer here, the guy who offered even while to add keys to his previous offer:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26631091
B/O is so relative:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26869616 (This PE Modest seller has a B/O of 250 keys)
Also, this was set up before the "Major Changes" that I pasted above.
Oh well, you don't seem to understand what's the main point of unusual suggestions. As Snowraptor said, bp.tf prices are meant to be a representation of the pure value of an item. If the guy from that trade was willing to take 150 keys pure, and he sold for more than that, then the value of the hat shouldn't be above that number. The 2nd B/O doesn't matter because it was not pure. If he had set a 3rd and 4th B/O for 2nd and 3rd gens it wouldn't have mattered either.
The point on setting a higher B/O for unusual offers is because of the risk of not being able to resell them for something close to the pure B/O, but doesn't mean that the hat is worth 200 keys pure just because he accepted an unusual offer worth that much.
You are not understanding the part of B/O either. You can't make a suggestion based just on a B/O when: 1) there are other sales, 2) you want to increase a price. You can use B/O to drop prices or to set a low-end on a range if certain criteria is met (everything explained in the main post of the guide). Then again, in this case you have a sale capped by a B/O, but it's still a sale
Finally, the part of overpay i quoted hasn't been changed and it's still being applied. The changes on the "Major changes" post have nothing to do with that part.
Edit: About the 150 keys offer, sales>>>offers. All you could do with offers is determine outliers, but in this case you have other sales close to that number.
