Before I get harassed: Yes it's less than 5 percent. But a rec change is relatively large, and it's misleading to keep it at 15, too many people use bp.tf like a bible to be able to drop it straight from 15 to 14(ish).

Let it ride.

Not if you're lowering a price. If he can prove that 15 ref doesn't sell and that there are many sellers at 14.66, then the price should be dropped to 14.66 ref.

I guess this is enough. Small change (still would recommend 14.66-15).

No sales at 15, no reason for 15 to be in the range.
