Then i am sorry, but wether its a QS or not, its sold. It would only be invalid if that'd be an unsold. I know the suggestion rules, and if it'd be invalid it would have been closed by a moderator

You clearly do not. Even if you checked them, you miss the essence of suggesting.

Full pure sales that take ~1 day to sell can be considered quicksales, making them invalid for setting a range. Should it be that there are multiple sales at the same value (in this case: should there have been more sales at 15) it would outweigh the fact that one of them QSed, as it would make 15 the most common trading point. Im gonna check the other sales to see what they went for, and if dankmeme's earlier assessment is correct, then the 15 sale meets all the criteria of being excluded from the range based on the fact that it is a quicksale.
