Sellers at 13.33 are very recent.

Sellers at 13.66 are many hours ago.

I think I suck at this.

And everyone will say 'no'.

In other words, no-one is even selling at 14 refined.

I dont know about this, I had relatively few problems selling this for a key a little over a week ago:

I rarely do regular item suggestions, so this might have been too long ago to be valid, as it might be deemed an outlier based on sellers.

I do know that the classified buyers at 13 deem that an outlier, so 13 is too low

where is 13 come from?

This is decent for a first suggestion (My first was my 8 year old brother hacking my account while I was doing some tests [it was a troll suggestion])

But you should use more sources such as tf2outpost.
