If it's easily available at 4.33 ref, that should be in the range. There's a difference between buyers and quickbuyers looking to flip. Quickbuyers rarely get any bites. At their buying point, there are almost no sellers ever available. However, if it's actually easy to find one on the market at any point, that should be in the range. Given how easy it is to find one at 4.33, that should be in the range.
