The only other usable sale I could track for the Sunbeams Hat of Cards is sold for Scorching Flames Vintage Tyrolean, which is updated at 125 keys.

Oh I was just doing this. Me and shuffle are updating the hats from the 180 sale.

The value is probably close enough. Although outdated, I didn't feel any of the hats have bad values that would alter the result significantly.

But yeah. Continue updating them if you'd like. Some are pretty outdated.
