Looks like it sold over a month ago - http://backpack.tf/item/3936707644 - which is therefore is an inaccurate representation of the current market value

Conclusion:

4 ez, recent pure sales at 6 Keys. No sellers for less as well as a buyer at current bp.tf price. SCM supports the rise at ~6+ Keys. Going with a flat range of 6 Keys
