Seeing as the mini is so bad, I'm just going to use this as support.
Drill mini:
Both duped ones have really sketchy sales.
Clean seller at 64(lowers price either way):

Im unsure where the BO cap for sale 1 comes from to be honest. I cant find the OP trade (maybe Im blind though :P). Regardless, if it sold for 65 in pure, Id say you should count it as 65 even if it would have had a BO of 60
Refer to my last suggestion
Oh I see. Hm, I dont think he meant that you should cap your sales at 60 because of them. Depending on what they sold for, I guess you can use this sale: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26491409 and the 65 and make a range with them. The other 2 sales with the 60 BOs all sold in less than 3 days (or at least, they stopped being for sale after that time). You could check them out as well and include them in the range if the sales make sense
Yeah. I just meant to give it a range of ~60-65. The sale was 65 in pure. There was no pure cap on the sale at 65.
Also Sold for Time Warp Noble Ammasment
