Shouldnt be used to price the tyrants, but valuewise supports the raise (350 - 75 - 100 = ~175).

The QS at 132 clearly puts the ~94 uncertain sale as outlier.

Definitely needs a bump up with two sales ~170. The sales from the previous suggestion date from halfway may (and are technically outdated by now).
