Conclusion

Yes, I am lowering the price due to a B/O. Three sellers selling way below bp.tf price but they remain unsold. 1 sold vs 3 unsold sellers with a nice discount shows that 18.5 is an outlier. If anyone has any counter proof or any other feedback don't hesitate to say so!
