260-290 Might be a little high if that trade reaches a month.

This is tough. It's hard to justify a value of 260-290 when there is one up for 3 weeks at 200 keys. The bubble is also probably realistically closer to 235-335, so that high end sale is probably closer to 270 instead of 290.
