Notes:

All other recent sales are either identifiable/tracable as cash and other items from other games may have been involved.

For the valuing of the Max's Head in the Sale 1, I am using the price at the time of the sale.

The second sale is almost close to being outdated but I will still include it in as it was an all pure sale. Once it becomes outdated, someone can just update the price to 95 keys flat anyway, that is if no other sales occur.

Conclusion:

Two valid sales at 95 and 80 keys. Taking a final range of 80-95 keys.
