Hello everyone, this is my first suggestion as a new trader, and I hope it will be sufficient to be able to get everyone to agree with me.
I recently sold a clean Roboactive Anger for a duped Scorching Flames Blighted Beak and ignorable sweets.
The beak has enough sales on the market to prove it's price as being valued at 250 keys or so, along with the backpack.tf price suggesting somewhere along the same guidelines.

The trade where I offered on the beak including unusual overpay on his end, as he wanted me to add initially but really liked the anger and agreed to 1:1. The beak is 250 on bp.tf. 250 * 0.9 = 225, higher end price.
The lower end price is derived from my earlier offers. Although I have had multiple 200+ mixed offers on The Vatican & FirePowered, since I do not have proof for those I would not include those.
The one I do have proof for is a burning cowl and a cloud 9 big country, which is about 210 keys. 210*0.9 = 190, which gives us the lower range.

The final proof in this suggestion would be how the Anti Freeze Anger is priced at 260 keys, and even though Roboactive is generally higher than Anti Freeze, considering the AF is 1of1, Roboactive can still be considered lower, but not half the price.
I hope this was enough proof to get me some upvotes, and if not, I'll try harder next time.

The problem is. 250 is for clean beak, find a mini for duped one.
No, you can't base low-end off offers in this case.
There is only one clean beak on the market and that is asking 400 when inquired. All the other beaks want 250, and since the backpack.tf price is recent on this I'm pretty sure thats a viable price. I don't really know what a mini is, would appreciate some help.
You forgot my sales. Sold it along with ~ 3 Keys in items for 48 Keys + Morning Glory Peacenik's Ponytail (90 Keys) + ~ 3 Keys in sweets.

Doesn't match your range
An older sale that was compromised for the backpack.tf price doesn't mean it can't get higher. I got the beak less than 24 hours after acquiring the anger, which proves that my price isn't that hard to sell for. The sale is too off even the older price to include in the range in my opinion, but if needed I will add it as part of it.
My Friend sold dupped burning swagman for it. Swagman Its oldpriced.
That's another 170 key sale. And I'm just trying to prove to everyone that it has been offered and been sold for more. If someone tries to sell it for 150 keys or so at the backpack.tf price, it obviously won't get offered any higher. But considering I got 260 in a first gen misc on the first day of selling it for 250 it proves that it can get higher if it is set for it.

The duped beak last sold for a DaD Coldsnap.
He had a B/O of 240 for the Coldsnap, and it is outdated at 180 keys.
Your beak sale is nowhere near where you think it is, sorry.
