Worst hat I've seen called themed is the EOF Dragonborn, that was... interesting

I once had a guy tell me his Bubbling Platinum Pickelhaube was themed because

"the bubbles come from the pointy thingy!"

At least the dragonborn kinda fits, but this was just, no.

A burning hat with a burning effect. That's so... repetitive.

If this was a pyro hat instead of heavy, i would probably choke to death.

It isn't even themed.... I would go out and buy a new bunsen burner if it had big billowing flames....
