A note about complex sales

Multi-hat trades involving 4 or more hats should be avoided when pricing unusuals unless the suggestion is for a high end hat (worth >10 buds). Basically, if a hat is a small piece in a large deal, that sale should not be used as proof.

Yes. But the rule states 4 or more, not 3 or more

I would say that it is best to avoid it. With complex sales, you will very often find that it may not be reliable to give the hat an accurate evaluation. However, the sales in that suggestion is close enough to each other and with or without the sale, the difference is only a key that is if everything is accurate there. So just leave it up.
