might want some links to prove your realistic change.

But isn't this site enough proof already?

erm... take a look at this http://backpack.tf/vote/id/55a243aadea9e972538b45ef .

What im trying to say is you can't just say the proof is there. You gotta provide the proof.

Sorry im new to price suggestions...So i don't Know what those unsolds and other things mean...Can you explain it to me so i can make better suggestions?

For Unsolds, go to Outpost and look for Unsold Shiv's at 1 Ref and list them down to prove that 1 Ref is outdated. Followed by finding solds or sellers at current price range you are suggesting.

Thx m8! Now since i realised i don't have proof should i close this price suggestion or should i see what comes out of it?

You should close this since there isn't any factual evidence listed here. You can create another suggestion later when you find evidence as stated by nos

              haha alrighty.

When your trying to drop a price:

So 'unsolds' prove that people are really struggling to sell a certain item, lets say the strange tribalmans shiv.

Basically a good example is someone has been trying to sell the shiv for 1 ref (current price) for 1 week but it won't sell.

^ This proves that the current price of the shiv is misleading and the price should be changed.

Now you need to provide sellers at your suggested price such as 0.88 ref.

^ This proves that your suggested price change is valid.

The more unsolds and sellers you provide in your suggestion, the more likely your suggestion will be accepted.

If you can somehow find solds ( proof someone has sold a tribalmans shiv for 0.88 ref ) than that is very strong proof.

BUT if you cannot provide proof for, lets say, 0.66 ref to fit in your suggested price range. EG - no sellers at 0.66, then 0.66 ref is invalid and you cannot put it in your suggestion.

              thats pretty much it :)

Thx to you too :) But i still don't Know if i should close this trade?

You probably should, honestly. You can resuggest with proof, but unless you edit some in fast, there's going to be no real point in keeping this one open.

                    Ok then GOTTA EDIT FAST

if your talking about this suggestion then you probably should close it and make a new one with some links to back up your suggestion :)

im somewhat proud of the guideline I just created. polar make it a beginner's guideline to suggesting, I dare you. ;)

I see you are new around here in suggesting prices, but when you are suggesting you need to find some proof. Proof means links from TF2Outpost.com trades or Backpack.tf classifields. When you are lowering an item, you need to prove us, that there are sellers at less. Go ahead on outpost and try to find some people selling this item for lower and put the links there. Try looking at past accepted suggestions to see how to format the suggestion. :)
