As Poshtoffee mentioned below, SCM doesn't suggest a 2 keys flat price:

Which is a reason why the other suggestion may be invalid, but doesn't make your proof any more valid until tomorrow. :P

SCM doesn't really support a two keys flat, maybe this range is better
