if the TC was offered you have to apply overpay onto the sale, which is why I'm asking. There might also be other sales to establish a range.

I'm not sure if your sale is offered or not, but if it's offered, then this sale should be capped by the buyout of 36 Keys.

Sold for Whirlwind Laugh Taunt (50 Keys) w/ Orb. Fire Chieftain's Challenge (~17 Keys) ~33 Keys

Valuing the Taunt as pure just because it's quite easy to sell and it's outdated by 2 months.

So, I would do 30-36 Keys here instead of a high 40 where most buyouts usually happens to be around 35-40.
