Thx to foamy and randy for the help :)
why no overpay rule?
Aussies generally sell for pure easier than unusuals. Technically it's even capping at their sellers value, as they sell for a tad more than 17 on the Steam Community market. Applying overpay on aussies often leads to valuing them below what they can easily fetch in pure, thus beating the purpose of applying overpay :P
okay, thanks for explaining
from what im hearing its the suggestors decision to apply overpay on aussies or not, (even though i do not agree).
In the rules, I actually ask people to look for the lowest selling price on classifieds which would be 16 here. We haven't made a huge deal out of it because it rarely changes the value by much.
Where did one more sale go?

So? Range of 17-23 won't be that big.
Yeah maybe but a kind of agree with randy when he says that using a higher tier hat to price a low tier one isn't the best way to go.
