So this is an outdated price by 3 years. I personally got if for 108 Keys. The guy before me got it for ~90 Keys in an offer for his Front Runner.

Those unusuals have prices that are too old to use. You need to prove their worth ("minisuggestions") by showing other sales for them, otherwise they can't be used.

Okay you have any suggestions then? Like make a price suggestion for every hat in the trade?

a MINI suggestion. Find one or two sales on each hat that is outdated.

Edit: additionally, you have to apply overpay. Take the prices of the hats and after finding the total value, apply 10% overpay.

Like so (for instance): (50 + 58) * 0.9 = 97.2, which gets rounded to 97 or 95, depending.

where are you even pulling 95 from?
