Hey there. This is less than a 5% change. If you have a change this small in the mean, please provide a rationale for why the change is needed.

Rule 5 % change is bad. He fixs the ugly range.

Although this does violate the rule, I'm accepting this due to the fact that 5 refiend is the most common trading point. Sales at 4 and 6 ref cannot be found, so narrowing the range is enough to justify this change.
