If you're considering the 9 ref as unsolds I would put the range at 8-8.66 ref

I would shorten the range to something like 8.33-8.44

There's no need to... He has valid sellers and unsolds for this price range

if 9 ref can't sell, why is it in the range?

Alot of the unsolds at 9 ref have closed, and did not sell the minigun.

I don't think including 9 ref in the range is a good idea.

why keep 9 if you proved that they can't sell?

A better range might be, say, 7.66-8.66?
