You know my life's mantra, Sugarcube... people are idiots.

But idiots trading with other idiots could deceive each other into thinking a hat with two additional useless words is worth more... I'd rather not take any chances.

A lot of TF2's economy is based on useless things, though. People pay ~150 keys for a Vintage Alien Swarm Parasite when the only difference from the 1 ref Unique variety is 1 word and a color.

I could maybe see the appeal if it was like a dbd unusual with hotrod sheen and any of the effects, but why would you pay for an unusual with it when ks weapons are way cheaper.
