Seeing how sale 1 would have been ~105 as well if it wasn't for the BO cap, Id say you can exclude 75 from the range.

This'd show you have 3 sales at ~105, which is pretty solid for a flat price of 105. You might have to include the seller at 100 to make a range of 100-105, but all in all it's very close. I'd recommend to resuggest at either 105 flat or with a range of 100-105, using the sales provided.
