Sold to a collector. Not getting resold unless another is uncrated, or Trazyn has a severe stroke and bequeaths his hats to me.

Sale 1
http://prntscr.com/8aea95
keys = $2.49
190 / 2.49 = 76.3 > 76 keys
Calling this an outlier since it was likely a quicksell, as is the case with many unusuals sold on marketplace.tf
Sale 2
Sold for http://imgur.com/a/YtlcJ : 35 keys + Australiums: SMG 8 keys; Sniper Rifle 32 keys; Eyelander 32 keys; Wrench 25 keys; Frontier Justice 10 keys + NnB Master's Yellow Belt* 18 keys
(The killstreakers on the Aussies are not included in the calculation as they played no part as leverage in the trade)
35 + 8 + 32 + 32 + 25 + 10 + (18 x 0.9 = 16) = 158 keys
Overpay not applied on aussies in view of their close relationship with pure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

16 + 2 = 18 keys
The B/O was 125 for sale 2: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26685458
Ah, oversight on my part. Though I perhaps wonder if it's permissible to discount that rule in this scenario, seeing as there are no others on the market or in existence, making the value of the unusual more dependent on the collector than the seller. Additionally, pricing these rare, hats expensive hats is more a way of recording what they've sold for and less as an informative guide to the market value. I'd maybe like to wait for a second opinion before resuggesting
I'm not too sure on that judgement. If the seller was willing to take 125 keys pure, why value the sale higher than that? Especially seeing there was clearly some massive overpay going on in that sale.
You're probably right, though to avoid potentially devaluing the collector's hat, I'd rather wait for word from a mod before I close this and re-suggest. I know that the rules loosen in some regards when considering high tier trades like this, and this may be an exception. Fully prepared to move on if the word is "no".
I agree with
NickJacob. A B/O is a B/O.I agree with Jacob. Especially since there was that 76k sale.
That sale was a very distinct outlier. besides the aforementioned reason, it is because Geel won the hat from sweetstakes. This meant he could sell the hat at any price and be confident in taking a handy profit. There's no doubt that this sale was extremely low.
Yes, but it's evidence the range shouldn't be this high. 125 flat would be acceptable.
I see. I'm sad to see the price end up so much lower than what was paid, but your reasoning is more sound than mine. resuggesting.
almost blindvoted, but saw you were premium and yellow belt
haha thanks I think. Hold your vote though, this suggestion might need closing.
