          The only thing he was mad about was that he wanted it at 90, but I told him overpay need to be applied because there were no offers on either his outpost, trade.tf, or whatever trading site there is out there.


          He basically thought that since he got offered through a trade offer via steam, there shouldn't be overpay applied.

          I said sorry bud, rules are rules. But he was still fine with me doing the suggestion.
