Making a range 75-90 based on the following facts:

- Despite the facts that most sales had a bptf after-overpay value of ~105, most BOs have been lower

- The PE company man is probably overvalued, causing sales in which it is involved to be relatively high

- It has been unable to sell with a BO of 90 for ~2 months
