It looks like the current prices of 7-7.33 ref for this strange didn't help the sales of this strange even in a well bumped trade (https://i.gyazo.com/24a5d4806f7e6eed46c348192d91751f.png for 3 weeks!) Since almost half the sellers of s.wrangler on backpack.tf is 7 ref and below, I think it is a fair range
